Biography

Eric Cohen, MD is a board certified otolaryngologist who completed both his internship and residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He completed a fellowship which focused on diagnosing and treating voice and swallowing disorders and graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He currently serves as a managing partner of the Head and Neck Surgical Group, which he joined in 1996.

Because of his special interest and continued research in nasal and sinus surgery, Dr. Cohen is the Medical Director of the Cure Snoring Center and Co-Director of Sleep Disorders Center of the New York Head and Neck Institute. He is also a proud member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Cohen has performed the balloon sinuplasty procedure more than anyone in New York, and his practice has been recognized as a National Center of Excellence in performing the Pillar procedure. He is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest technologies around the world. He continues to complete and present independent research about specific nasal- and sinus-focused topics to both national and international audiences.
